Sonderous Starter · Free · Coming to iPhone and Android
Your inbox, sorted.
Your to-dos, kept.
Your day, in view.
Connect your business mailbox and Starter reads what comes in, tells you what actually needs you, drafts the replies you send, keeps your to-do list by voice or text, and checks your calendar before it suggests a time.

No card. No password. Your data stays in Canada.
One app · three panes · one thumb
Home in the middle. To-dos on the left. Your day on the right.
Home is a short stack of cards — what needs you, and what was handled while you were on the job — over one conversation with a mic. Swipe one way for your to-dos, the other for your calendar. Every card answers in one tap.
The screens show the app as designed, with example data.
What it does
Four things, done well.
Sorts what needs you
New mail is read as it arrives. Customers and real requests come first, with a one-line summary. Newsletters, receipts and notifications are set aside where you can still find them.
Drafts, never sends
Reply drafts land in your own Drafts folder. You read, edit and send them yourself, from the mail app you already use. Nothing leaves your mailbox unless you send it.
A to-do list that listens
Say it or type it and it's on the list. A promise you make in an email can become a to-do too, with the message it came from one tap away. You decide; nothing is added on its own.
Knows your calendar
When a customer proposes a time, Starter checks the calendars already on your phone and suggests an opening. Appointments and to-dos go in by voice, from the truck.
Email meets calendar
“Does Thursday work?” answered before you open the message.
A customer writes to ask about Thursday. Starter has already looked at Thursday. The card on your home screen says you're open from one to three, and one tap drafts the reply offering 1:30. Nothing to look up, nothing to re-type.
It works with the calendars your phone already has — iCloud, Google, Microsoft — through the phone itself. Your schedule is read on the device to answer the question, and nothing about it is stored on our servers.
By voice, from the truck
“Add a to-do: call the inspector Thursday.”
“Book Harbour Dental for Thursday at 1:30.”
“Am I free tomorrow morning?”
Plain speech, one line each. The assistant asks one question when something could mean two things, and otherwise just does it.
How it works
Three steps. Two of them are one tap.
- 1
Connect
Enter your email, type the code we send you, then tap Allow on Google's or Microsoft's own page. We never see your password. Calendar access is asked for only when you turn that on.
- 2
It sorts
From then on, every new message is read and placed: needs you, handled, or set aside. A short summary and a suggested next step come with each card that needs you.
- 3
You answer in one tap
Draft the reply, add the to-do, mark it handled, or ask a question about it. Hiding a card never loses the to-do underneath it.
Works with Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com.
Yours, and only yours
Built so the wrong thing can't happen, not just promised.
Messages aren't stored
The app keeps who wrote, the subject, when, and the one-line summary it writes. The message itself is read while it's being sorted and then discarded.
Separated by design
Every record is tagged with your account, and the database itself refuses to hand one person's rows to another. Your mailbox token is encrypted with a key kept apart from the data.
Export or delete, one tap
Everything we hold about you comes out as one file whenever you like. Deleting your account removes it all and revokes our access to your mailbox at your provider.
Servers and database in Canada. Message content is processed by Anthropic's API in the United States and is not used to train models. Full details in the Privacy Policy. Sonderous Starter's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The full platform
When you want the whole office handled.
Starter is the first piece of a larger system that one electrical contractor runs in production today: role-scoped assistants for the owner, the office and the crew; quotes and invoices rendered and numbered from one brand file; company forms filled from a photo; a scheduling board; documents of record; and a daily branded social post. Every send and every dollar passes a human yes.
Same app, more switched on. If Starter has earned its place on your phone and you want more, talk to us.
