Sonderous Starter is a phone app for iPhone and Android. Connect your business mailbox and it reads new mail, tells you what actually needs you, drafts replies for you to send, and keeps your to-do list — by voice or text. The email and to-do features are free, and you never enter a card.
What needs you
New mail is sorted as it arrives. Customers and real requests come first; newsletters and notifications don't interrupt you.
Drafts, not sends
Reply drafts are saved to your own Drafts folder. You read, edit and send them yourself. The app never sends email.
A to-do list that listens
"Add a to-do: call the inspector Thursday." Promises you make in email can become to-dos too — you decide.
Yours, and only yours
Your data stays in Canada, is never sold, and you can export or delete everything with one tap.
How it treats your mail. The app keeps who wrote, the subject, when, and a one-line summary it writes. The message itself is read while it's being sorted and then discarded — it is not stored. You sign in on Google's or Microsoft's own page; we never see your password. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Sonderous Starter's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
